This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for services to perform pavement repair work on 3 streets in the City of Detroit, Wayne County: 1. Grand River Ave (M-5) between Joy Rd and Belleterre Ave and between Livernois Ave and I-96, Pavement Repairs & Structure Adjustment/Cleaning; and Grand River Ave (M-5) between Scotten St and Joy Rd, Structure Adjustment/Cleaning only. 2. Woodward (M-1) between 7 Mile and 8 Mile, Pavement Repairs & Structure Adjustment/Cleaning. 3. Michigan Ave (US-12) between Freer and Trenton, Pavement Repairs & Structure Adjustment/Cleaning. Pavement Repair Work includes full lane width (1.5” Depth) milling, 1.5” HMA overlay pavement repairs, concrete hand patching, curb and gutter, drainage structure adjustments and cleaning, pavement marking, providing traffic control, and other defined work.
