Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Remove 2800 square feet of concrete and haul it away • Engineering to design and provide cad drawings of snow melt system • Install snow melt tubbing for 2800 Square feet, Including a handicap ramp • Secure all appropriate electrical connections to heated value system in raised approach to building • Pour concrete for 2800 Square feet of raised approach to building • Relief cuts to match existing sidewalk • Complete job and provide proper clean up o Include labor costs for all tasks mentioned above o Supply all of the following items, including, but not limited to, Tubbing Manifolds Glycol Heat exchanger Pumps Sensors Controllers Foam board Wiring Boxes Switches
