Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Staffing: Agency will furnish Owner with unarmed security guards (Security Guards) at the Gerald R. Ford International Airport. One Security Guard will be assigned to the terminal curb, and three Security Guards will be assigned to gates that provide access to the Air Operations Area (AOA). Two of the locations are staffed 24 hours per day, and two are staffed 20.5 hours per day (3:30 a.m. to midnight). Agency shall maintain uninterrupted staffing at these locations. In addition, Agency shall provide an on-site supervisor 24 hours per day. Total Hours/Day 113 hours Total Hours/Week 791 hours Owner may request that additional Security Guards be assigned to other areas such as the entrance plaza. Additional guards will be authorized per an amendment to the agreement. Owner agrees to consult with the Agency on a monthly basis for the purpose of forecasting staffing needs in order for Agency to add, subtract, or re-assign Security Guards as needed. B. Duties: The duties of the Security Guards shall include, but are not limited to verifying personnel and vehicle identification at AOA access points, monitoring parking and traffic flow along terminal drive, and assisting passengers.
