Specifications include, but are not limited to: Wayne County Regional Educational Service Agency (WRESA) Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is looking for assistance in the assessment of the compliance by the various facilities receiving funds under the program, which flow from the State of Michigan to Wayne County RESA (RESA) and then to the service providers. RESA works with 108 different service providers, operating 449 different classrooms. This bid seeks to establish an agreement for the vendor to enter into an agreed-upon procedures engagement to review GSRP provider program compliance for one year with an option for one additional year if agreed to by both parties. The assessment year 1 is for the current Fiscal year of October 1, 2015 – September 30, 2016. This Request for a Proposal (RFP) is seeking a contractor capable of: The following tasks are to be completed: Obtain a listing of all locations receiving funds from RESA for the GSRP program Verify attendance records for the program by selecting 2 daily sign in sheets per week for each classroom. Obtain tuition policy Verify tuition policy is being followed by examining income verification forms (in item 2 above) and the charging collection of tuition Summarization of receipts for GSRP relative to tuition and comparison of those amounts to the tuition guidance provided by RESA
