Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Work with key marketing communications staff such as marketing managers, communications and web services staff and public relations staff to create designs based on project deliverables, budget and timelines. • Use appropriate Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, etc.) to design deliverables. • Develop graphic designs ideas, concepts and layouts; work with Marketing Communications staff to review designs with clients, and revise/complete projects based on client feedback. • Deliver final client approved designs on time and in the format(s) necessary for print production or online display. • Develop templates as needed for future flyers, brochures, and other deliverables, maintaining consistent look and feel. • Graphic design firm must be willing to work with an extremely fast paced environment, tight turnaround deadlines and competing/shifting priorities and delver projects that are on time and within budget. • Deliver both final working files, print ready PDFs and other final files for printing and archiving purposes. • Be able to develop/refine brand identity standards and guidelines for use.
