Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide graphic design services for marketing, promotional and informational materials including, but not limited to, brochures, flyers, graphics, posters, directional signage, booklets, invitations, maps, web banners, web graphics, certificates, programs, info-graphics, reports, editable flier templates, and more. Projects may also include updating existing materials, with files provided to the Contractor by the Library. Various pieces, such as reports, brochures and graphics, will be provided for both web and print purposes. Contractor will be required to provide PDF and editable files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) to the Program Manager and may be required to transfer files to a printing contractor selected by the Library.
