The Southeast Michigan Community Alliance (SEMCA), as part of its efforts for the GEM Talent Transformation Project, seeks assistance via RFP to create a Systems Change Playbook that documents best practices, key accomplishments, and lessons learned from its experiences leading the project. Our goal is to create a guide that will help organizations address talent-related challenges like those faced in GEM. The successful bidder will be responsible for leading the process to assist SEMCA in creating the playbook. This includes defining the audience, identifying key topics, creating templates for the content, collecting content drafts and support materials from subject matter experts, and copywriting/laying out the content. The final deliverable for the playbook will include a pdf format along with fully packaged InDesign files and a printready paginated version suitable for commercial printing.
