Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City currently has an existing gate valve that cannot be repaired and removal is required. It is the City’s objective to effectively and efficiently remove the existing gate valve, install a new valve and well structure outside of the Hamlin Road influence for a complete water main connection at 1600 W. Hamlin Road. The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from qualified contractors for the furnishing of all required materials, equipment, labor services and any other related services or equipment needed for the successful removal of a gate valve and installation of a new gate valve and well for a complete water main connection at 1600 W. Hamlin Road. All work shall be performed in a professional, cost efficient and timely manner. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for the entire project including, but not limited to, coordination of all work and the outcome of the project.
