Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mott Community College (MCC) is seeking a contractor to provide and install electric gate operators, security cameras, camera poles, data cabinets, electrical power and transformers, underground electrical utility conduits and wiring, underground data conduits and cabling, access control (owner’s system), site lighting and poles, concrete work, metal screen fencing, gooseneck card readers, detectable warnings, payment striping, electrical supply materials, and other miscellaneous materials and equipment for three (3) existing roadway entrance and exit gates on the Flint campus of MCC. Work includes installation and connection to existing systems and making the system operational per the owner’s requirements as outlined by the Owner’s Representative, H2A Architects.
