Specifications include, but are not limited to: Milwaukee County Department of Transportation and Public Works is requesting qualification statementsfor professional consulting services to provide planning, design and preparation of construction plans andtechnical specifications for a new Snow Equipment Storage Building, a Fleet maintenance BuildingAddition, and a new Runway Abrasive Storage Facility at General Mitchell International Airport (GMIA)located in Milwaukee Wisconsin. The successful consultant shall perform all planning, schematic design, design development andconstruction document preparation per the standard terms and conditions of the Milwaukee CountyDepartment of Transportation and Public Works Agreement for Professional Services
