Specifications include, but are not limited to: Grand Haven Area Public Schools of Grand Haven, Michigan, will receive proposals from qualified vendors for Avigilon Access Control Systems designed to control, automate, and monitor various doors at each school building within the school district. This bid is for a direct replacement of an existing access control system, with added capacity for additional door sensors in the future. ITEM 1 - Control and Input Boards; ● There are 12 buildings with access controls ● 11 buildings feed to a single panel, 1 building has multiple panels ● Existing panels are utilizing Schneider Electric control boards with LifeSafety power supplies ● Control/input boards will be needed for all existing controlled doors, with additional capacity for uncontrolled doors that will receive contact sensors at a later date; ITEM 2 - Avigilon Access Control Manager and Licensing ● All buildings will be managed from a single “Head End” installation of Avigilon ACM ● All buildings are network connected by private fiber-optic cable ● Both Appliance and Virtual Machine installations are possible; ITEM 3 - Professional Services; Description: Installation, Configuration, and Implementation of Access Control hardware and software; The following is a summary of expected scope of work.
