The selected subrecipient will be responsible for operating the FAE&T (Food Assistance Employment & Training (FAE&T) program at the Wayne American Job Center (AJC) and ensuring that all services are delivered in alignment with federal, state, and SEMCA programmatic expectations. The subrecipient will be expected to provide comprehensive coaching and case management services, including outreach, participant engagement, orientation, assessment, and the development of individualized service plans. Staff must maintain consistent communication with participants, help them address employment barriers, and support their progression toward economic self-sufficiency. Accurate documentation, timely data entry, and maintenance of electronic case files in the designated case management system are critical. Staffing must reflect the complexity of the population being served. The selected organization must employ qualified, trained professionals and provide adequate supervision, onboarding, and professional development to ensure program quality. The team must be scaled appropriately to manage the anticipated caseload at the Wayne location and meet performance metrics, including engagement and program metrics. In addition to providing direct services, the subrecipient will be required to integrate into the ecosystem of the Wayne AJC. This includes participating in regular partner meetings, sharing resources, supporting joint initiatives, and fostering a collaborative environment with both SEMCA and the other service providers operating at the Wayne AJC. Coordination with MDHHS staff will also be critical to ensure smooth referral processes, effective program coordination, and ongoing alignment between PATH services and participant participation.
