Kent County (“County”) is requesting qualified contractors (“Contractor”) to submit proposals for the primary prevention family support services that emphasize prevention as an investment in the lives of Kent County families that will pay off in reduced costs for incarceration, mental health, and physical health services. Contracts for prevention services will be awarded on a three-year basis, contingent upon the availability of funds. This is the second Request for Proposals for Primary Prevention Family Support Services in FY25. The total funding available through this RFP (Part 2) is $363,750 and must be spent by September 30, 2025. The County may award multiple contracts totaling $363,750 or a single contract for the total amount available.
