5. Prep for a new Partial Rubber roof system, remove all existing membrane, flashings, terminations and gutters (No Shingle work). 6. Inspect the existing roof deck for structural integrity and quote a cost for any decking that is found to be in need of replacement at a per square foot price. 7. Remove and dispose of any wet insulation that is found in the old roof, and quote a cost of replacement with new insulation to the height of the existing roof at a per square foot price. 8. Install new insulation board or comparable over the entire roof deck 9. Install new 60-90 mil rubber roofing membrane as per manufactures specifications 10. Install 2-way breather vents every 1000 square feet or as needed 11. Install all associated flashing details using manufacture/Industry recommended best materials and practices 12. Install “Kynar” or equivalent PVDF coated perimeter metal and finish gutter system 13. Terminate into the new gutter system properly sealing all seams and flashing 14. Complete cleanup will be done on a daily basis on the roof top and surrounding property 15. Dispose of construction debris generated by project in approved landfill 16. Provide a Warranty for the structure that includes all labor and materials NON-PRORATED
