Equipment at Each Location: MPD Administration Building • 21Cameras • 2-13 Channel DVR • 6- 3211 Monitors • 4- Video Entry Systems with Buzzards • 4- Key Pads • 1-10 Channel DVR • 2- Gate Entry Keypads • 8-Electronic Locks • 8- Door Contacts • 6- Wall Sensors (Include cost to install additional sensors). • 2- Evex HDMI Extenders • 2-HH-U22 USB extenders • 2- LED Monitors • 4-LBR • Cloud Base Security System Equipment at Each Location: MPD Maintenance Building: • 1-8 Channel DVR • 8-Cameras • 1-35" Monitor • 3-Alarm Keypads • 4- Interior Sensors • 5- Door Sensors AddOns Upgrades: ► 2- Additional Cameras ► Larger Monitor ► Fire Alarm Monitoring System ► Smoke Detection System (if Applicable) Maintenance and Testing: • Bidding Vendors/Contractors proposal shall include cost for preventative maintenance parts and labor to repair/replace system components, • Bidding Vendors/Contractors proposal shall include schedule for annual testing/1nspections. • Bidding Vendors/Contactors proposal should outline any additional cost to repair, replace, upgrade, and software upgrades beyond the systems manufacturer warranty, • Bidding Vendors/Contactorsshall conduct quarterly testing cleaning, adjusting, testing, sensor testing, pull station testing, strobe light testing, fire panel, alarm, battery or batteries, communication, panic buttons, motion sensors, keypads, door entry devices, or any components related to the proper function operation of system. • Bidding shall receive approval for MPD representative for any work over $500.00 and shall present a written estimate prior to scheduling work outside of this RFP. Or for any service required beyond normal manufacturer preventative maintenance agreement. Fire Alarm System Maintenance and Testing. • Bidding vendors/Contractors shall provide 24- hours service which shall include parts and labor on all system components. • Bidding Vendors/Contractorsshall conduct annual fire alarm inspections. Consisting of cleaning, adjusting, system components, Testing communication to central station, audible testing to central station, must have authority to short arm box radio (if necessary) Inspection testing shall be conducted during normal MPD business hours. • Annual tests shall be performed so that all Fire Alarm equipment is tested annually. Bidding Contractor shall provide a proposed schedule for annual testing. Before actual inspection occurs. • Bidding Vendor/Contactor Shall have enough trained personnel so that annual inspections are completed on schedule, • All fire alarm system testing, and maintenance services shall be maintained as required by NFPA Code manufacturer recommendations and any state or local fire codes. • Bidding Vendor(s)/Contractor(s) will be required to repair and defective Fire Alarm equipment in a timely manner. • Bidding Vendor(s)/Contractor(s) shall have a delegate that is listed as an agent within all municipalities where fire panels are currently installed, • Bidding Vendor(s)/Contractor(s) will be responsible for repair or replacement of any defective components associated with Fire Alarm System. • Bidding Vendor(s)/Contractor(s) will be responsible tor permit, inspection, and licenses fees necessary for the execution of work. And provide all necessary tools, equipment, trained personnel to perform the work.
