Proposers shall provide the following services at OCHN’s Troy location: • Annual testing, inspection and maintenance of fire protection equipment. • Correction of deficiencies indicated by testing and retests of work affected by such deficiencies. • Verify the system meets specifications and complies with applicable local, state and federal standards. • Provide a written record of inspections, tests and detailed test results in the form of a test log. • Submit log upon the satisfactory completion of testing. • Tag all equipment, stations and other components which tests have been satisfactorily completed.
