Wayne State University (WSU) is soliciting proposals for services required to provide a secure financial planning and analytics software tool. The software will be a service provided by the RESPONDENT and will not be hosted on-premises at WSU. Additionally, WSU seeks an implementation partner to assist in implementing the procured solution. Both software and implementation partners must have experience with implementations in R1 institutions. The software should be cloud-based product that can support a variety of models/applications related to planning, budgeting, and analytics. End-user access across the campus should be based in a modern webbrowser, as should development activity. The tool should allow for development of new models to be done by the budget office and not require programming skills beyond excel-type formulas.
