Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Rochester Hills (hereinafter referred to as theCity) is accepting proposals from qualified contractors tofurnish/provide all equipment, materials, and labor to fabricateand install an Aluminum Custom Entrance Gate at Van HoosenCemetery. The City of Rochester Hills seeks the services of aqualified contractor experienced in the application to performthe services needed to complete this project in a professional,cost-effective and timely manner. The City of Rochester Hills Facilities Division has providedspecifications and requirements, which will assist in theprocurement of the highest quality services possible to meet therequirements and needs of the City. Outlined within thisinformation are the requirements governing the performance andqualifications of the contractor. The contractor should usethis information as a guide to understanding the outcome of theproject and the quality of work the City seeks. Recommendationsby proposers are encouraged and will be reviewed and evaluatedbased on the best interests of the City. Proposers should note that a RFP is considered to be underevaluation from the Opening Date until contract award. Thecontracting officer is restricted from giving any informationrelative to the progress of the evaluation during this time,except as described in other areas of this RFP and as requiredto administer the evaluation process.
