Main Men’s Bathroom: • Remove Existing flooring, Installing new Vinyl Glue down Plank flooring. • Remove Existing Partition Walls • Remove Existing Toilet, Install New ADA toilet • Tear down Dividing Block wall, as close to floor as possible. • Install New lockset on door. • Repaint walls • Repaint existing large storage cabinet • Install new Mirror (roughly 24”x36”) • Install new light fixture Main ladies Restroom • Remove Existing flooring, Installing new Vinyl Glue down Plank flooring. • Remove Existing Partition Walls • Remove Existing Toilet, Install New ADA toilet • Install New lockset on door. • Repaint walls • Install new Mirror (roughly 24”x36”) Back Bathroom • Remove Existing flooring, Installing new Vinyl Glue down Plank flooring. • Remove Existing Partition Walls • Remove Existing Toilet, Install New ADA toilet • Install New Flat Panel Interior Door • Install New lockset on door. • Repaint walls • Install new Mirror (roughly 24”x36”) • Remove Existing Shower and install new36x36 Shower stall with door • Frame new walls and finish with High Moisture Drywall if needed.
