Tile bid shall be as specified below: • Manufacturer: Armstrong • Tile size: 12 inch by 12 inch • Thickness: 1/8 inch • Color: Imperial Texture 51908 Pewter • Underlayment as needed or required to assure a quality blemish-free installation per the manufacturer’s recommendation. • Alternate tile will be considered. If bidding alternate, bidder must provide sample of alternate and manufacturers specification sheet with their bid. The base shall be as specified below: • Manufacturer: Armstrong • Color: 12 Shadow Gray • Height: 4 inch • Wall base adhesive per manufacturer’s instruction. • Alternate vinyl cove base will be considered. If bidding alternate, bidder must provide sample of alternate bid and manufacturers specification sheet with their bid. INSTALLATION A. The successful contractor will be the primary contractor on the project and shall be responsible for any and all work performed by subcontractors. B. The successful contractor must provide name of the project manager prior to start of project. C. The successful contractor must provide names of all subcontractors and/or consultants that will work on the project with their bid proposal.
