Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Software Requirements • Must interface with Okta (SAML) for single sign-on. • Cloud-based SaaS solution. • Mobile friendly and accessible interface or mobile app for both front-end users and administrative staff. • Upgrades to software and hardware are to be included in the annualservice agreement and shall not be an additional expense. Describe upgrade notification process. • Software must provide either APIs or other import method to integratedata from our ERP, SIS, and other systems on campus. Please describe. • Proposed solution must provide a test instance. Must provide a testinstance before and after implementation. Test instance must be refreshed from production instance on a regular basis. Please describe. Reservation System Requirements • Electronic signatures for confirmations and/or integration with Docusign. • Ability to attach files to reservations. • Ability to track completion of reservation tasks by service and IT staff, e.g. setup and teardown activities. • Ability to setup automated reminders to clients about deadlines or otheractions needed in the system. • Ability for client to make comments in reservations and have those viewable by administrative staff on the back end. Describe how administrative staff are notified of a new comment on a reservation. • Ability to copy over multiday reservations and bookings (including details). • Ability to track billing worksheets like invoices. • Online reservations categorized/differentiated to: o Spaces that only faculty/staff can book. o Spaces that only faculty/staff/students can book. o Spaces for external constituents to book.
