MRS is seeking contractors to place job-ready individuals who have received job readiness training, guidance & counseling, reviewed labor market information with their assigned counselor, and they have necessary supports to become job-ready may have a nationally recognized credential. Job ready customers are motivated, reliable, and dependable. Barriers such as childcare, transportation, etc. have been addressed and/or removed. Customers with disabilities include customers with physical, emotional and/or or mental, hearing impaired, etc. Their skillsets and capabilities are individualized and are aimed to meet the needs of the employer. They also may have a felony background. These customers can perform the essentials functions of the position (with or without accommodations). Any additional supports required to perform the essential functions of the job, to maintain or retain employment can be discussed with the assigned MRS Counselor.
