This scope of work is intended to cover the furnishing of all labor, equipment, tools and materials including herbicides, fungicides and pesticides and other services required for the work to be performed by one (1) two-person or three-person crew for a maximum of 1,900 hours and a minimum of 1,500 crew hours per year for calendar years 2026, 2027 and 2028 under this Agreement. It is intended that the successful bidder will furnish and deliver all labor, equipment, materials and services to ensure that trees growing near overhead conductors remain an adequate distance and clear from said overhead conductors for an approximate four- to five-year trimming cycle following clearance and to also perform emergency tree related work. Such work shall consist of tree removal, tree trimming, and disposal of brush in various locations in the Marshall Electric Department service area. The City will, at its sole discretion, provide the successful bidder with instructions designating the work to be performed under this Agreement. Such order will state the work to be completed, instructions or requirements deemed necessary or desirable by the City. During the course of any work performed under this Agreement, the contractor shall furnish the City or its designee a daily report, or at such other intervals as the City may request, on the progress of such work in a form approved by the City.
