The items listed represent the minimum services expected to be performed. In your response to the Request for Proposals (RFP), identify other related services that you will provide, if applicable. The City requires a team of qualified professionals with proven experience in ERP projects, including, but not limited to: overall project management, process assessment, process improvement, needs assessment, system permissions and security controls, requirements specification and RFP development, software selection assistance, vendor selection, contract negotiations, project coordination, and system implementation assistance.
