Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Mississippi Development Authority Energy Division (MDA-ED) requests proposals fromqualified individuals or firms to develop new, or refine existing plans to integrate new energyportfolios (renewable, biofuels, etc.) and new applications such as Smart Grid and CyberSecurity technology into energy assurance and energy emergency preparedness response plansand coordinate training exercises on the revised plans. Proposals, subject to the conditionsherein and attached hereto, will be received at 501 North West Street, Woolfolk State OfficeBuilding, Suite 1500, Jackson, MS 39201 until July 27, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. Central Time.The successful Proposer must be able to begin development and implementation of theprogram no later than 30 days after notification from MDA-ED to proceed in order to meettarget timelines
