ENR specifications requires a reporting system that is compatible with and uses results exports from the Results Tally & Report (RTR) in the form of the Michigan ENR & Colorado Export files that can be uploaded to a secure web environment/ portal where these results can be tested and previewed to ensure they are accurate before they are posted to the Elections website for the public to view. ENR specs require the setup of an Admin Portal where select Department of Election (D.O.E.) Computer Support Staff will upload results to a secure testing environment/ portal where Pre Logic & Accuracy Testing (PreLAT) results can be uploaded, tested, and previewed. In this secure environment/ portal results can be tested, previewed, and approved before they are posted. This secure ENR environment/ portal will also allow results from previous elections to be archived, and where election data can be zeroed out prior to a new election and posted for the public to view. ENR specs require the setup of a public facing website with the City of Detroit logo and branding information, where these results will be posted for the public to view.
