Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.10 mi of hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing, concrete base course, storm sewer, curb ramps, signing and pavement markings on Oakwood Boulevard from west of Beech Street southeasterly to west of Rotunda Drive in the city of Dearborn, Wayne County. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
