Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.The contractor is required to provide a statement of qualifications and experience. 2.The work will involve snow clearing when accumulation reaches a depth of 1” or more, whether such accumulation is the result of a snowfall event, wind blowing, and/or street clearing that deposits accumulation at the intersections. 3.The contractor will be responsible for providing labor and equipment necessary to perform the work. 4.Snow clearing from an overnight snowfall must be completed prior to 8:00am, although snowfall later in the day is expected to be cleared as soon as possible. 5.A six (6) foot minimum path must be maintained on sidewalks and through kiosks, as well as on the crosswalks. In the earlier snow months, a wider clearing is both possible and expected.
