Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Safe & Together Institute (S&TI) CORE training for three pilot counties. Provide the Supervisor Course to supervisors in three pilot counties. Provide access to a web-based case mapping tool and two coaching sessions. Create a dashboard where users can log completion of the tool where supervisors and MDHHS leadership have access. Provide monthly technical assistance session with S&TI experts. Provide weekly communication to pilot counties with scheduled resources. Provide bi-weekly staff meetings with county leads for project support. Facilitate project-wide kick-off meeting, two meetings with project leadership, two meetings with each pilot county leadership team and a project-wide wrap up meeting. Conduct evaluation and follow up training throughout the span of the project by use of the S&TI case reading tool done monthly, review of K3 data from CORE training, review of survivor surveys, and tracking use of mapping tool via supervisor report. Provide worker safety course plus coaching calls for all pilot county supervisors. Conduct strategic group conversations with all participants around safety and wellbeing related to domestic violence. Conduct worker safety and retention/satisfaction surveys. Review human resource policies for staff around worker safety and provide report of findings to CSA.
