The Contractor, LEO-MRS-Strategic Initiatives Division (SID) and LEO-MRS-Staff Development Unit (SDU) shall work in partnership to provide a series of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) trainings for up to 500 Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) staff, including but not limited to MRS counselors, rehabilitation coordinators, office assistants, secretaries, consultants, specialists, analysts, managers, and executives. The Contractor will also provide DEIA trainings to the MRS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Workgroup. These trainings will build on the implicit bias training required by the State of Michigan for many professions in support of organizational change within MRS as part of the DIF grant awarded to MRS by RSA.
