1 Earthwork at treatment plant - Gravel Site Access Road, Mass Grading, etc. 2 Treatment plant construction, site work, etc. 3 Station 5 and Station 14 pump installation - pending well permitting (keep both stations in service) 4 Station 5 and 14 well condos and chlorine dosing buildings 5 Station 5 collector main - pending well permitting (keep station 5 in service) 6 Well field electrical - Station 5 and Station 14 - pending well permitting (keep both stations in service) 7 Station 5 wells and collector main ready for service 8 Station 5 - Extend collector main from 12x16 wye (plug south end of wye), finished water main and fiber to treatment plant and test. Do NOT Remove temporary hydrant at Station 5 that Contract 1 installed. This is needed for flushing the collector main from Station 14 to Station 5 during plant construction. 9 Electric and gas service from Michigan Ave to treatment plant 10 Connect mains to new treatment plant 11 Test Treatment Plant with Finished Water 12 Treatment Plant Ready for Service 13 Existing Station 5 taken out of service - Station 5 shall be out of service no more than 10 calendar days (Notify City 5 days in advance). Complete between October 1 - April 1 14 Remove Connection to Existing 10" Water Main at Station 5 - cut out 10x12 Tee at Michigan Ave. and Sleeve back together - Shall occur the same day Station 5 is shut off. 15 Fill, flush, test collector main using new Station 5 wells. 16 Finished water and collector main - bacteriological testing, 48 hrs. minimum 17 Treatment plant in service with new Station 5 Wells (pending passing bacteriological samples of collector, finished water mains and plant effluent) 18 Existing Station 14 taken out of service once plant is operational with Station 5 wells- Station 14 shall NOT be out of service more than 180 calendar days between October 1 and April 1 (Notify City 5 days in advance of shutdown). Spring Valley Park trails, roads and turf shall be restored by April 30. 19 Connect Finished Water Main to Existing 10" Water Main west of Station 14 using 45s; cut and cap 10" water main - Shall occur the same day Station 14 is shut off
