The Detroit Police Department is requesting proposals for three (3) comprehensive UAV packages: Search & Rescue, UAV as First Responder, and Tactical Response. Proposals shall address the project objectives listed below. Objectives: 1. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle a. Equipment and software that meets the requirements for one or more UAV packages outlined in Attachment F.1, F.2, and F.3 “Requirements Matrix” of this RFP. 2. Licensing a. Enterprise license subscription agreement pricing or similar which provides unrestricted access to all offered software to City of Detroit users for the life of the contract and any executed contract term extensions. b. Proposal shall describe the licensing and/or subscription model being proposed. c. License must include software updates, upgrades, and platform changes throughout the life of the contract. 3. End User Training Program a. Training for end users and managers 4. Comprehensive Support and Maintenance Plan a. Annual maintenance and support plan b. Proposal shall describe the support and maintenance offerings, including SLAs c. Option for professional services including but not limited to, onsite technical support, system optimization, system enhancement and ongoing training.
