Product Specifications The Contractor must provide the following: Trailer Requirements • Bumper-pull trailer, specify ball size needed. • Size of refrigerated box needs to be at least 6’ wide x 12’ long and at least 7’ 6” tall interior ceiling height, proposed bidders to recommend what standard sizes they might carry • Interior and exterior of refrigerated box will be painted white. • Galvanized trailer or aluminum trailer. • Specify wall, ceiling and floor thickness and associated R-Value. • Single entry door on the rear of the trailer with no curtains, lockable with a pad lock. • Interior safety release handle to ensure a person does not get locked inside the unit. • Heated door jamb. • Rain cap above exterior doors. • Dual Axles. • Specify tire size and load range. • GVWR no less than 7,000lbs. • Load capacity no less than 4,000lbs. • Sliding dual rail meat system with 20 removable meat hooks on wheels. • Dual rail system and meat hooks must be able to hold 20 deer at one given time. • Ceiling must be structurally equipped to hold weight up to 3,000 pounds.
