This bid is brand specific. The DNR is seeking a contractor to furnish and install Whelen brand LED lights, sirens, wiring, connectors and switches on all motorized vehicles such as: boats, personal watercraft, snowmobiles, ORV’s, motorcycles, snowmobile trailers and other items not listed. Contractor shall provide a one (1) year written manufacturer’s warranty. Transferred warranties will not be accepted. The State of Michigan reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity in any bid, and to recommend award(s) in the best interest of the State. The Contractor may offer an alternate bid that varies from the specifications. An alternate bid must clearly describe all variances from the specifications and the proposal must include written descriptions or descriptive literature that contains complete specifications, if available.
