Contractor will provide LEO-MRS-Strategic Initiatives Division (SID) technical assistance in the following areas: Implementing the statewide rollout of the STEMM-Up program. Facilitating DEAI-related organizational change guided by feedback and recommendations gathered in the Phase 1 needs assessment report and strategic planning sessions conducted by the Public Consulting Group (PCG) in FY23. Streamlining current and new processes between the STEMM-Up program and other MRS divisions. Supporting MRS district staff with developing processes for identifying, recruiting, and supporting customers in alignment with the objectives of the MRS DIF grant. Providing DIF project management support, including identification of risks, barriers, and solutions to statewide DIF grant implementation
