Specifications include, but are not limited to: Including, but not limited to: Renovation of the existing data room at the Administration building. Scope includes demolition/removal of the existing 8 ton data room AC unit, condenser, all associated ductwork in the attic space, and removal air outlets in the data room ceiling. New work includes installation of two new 6 ton up flow data room air conditioning units inside the existing data room and new ductwork distribution system in the attic. The data center must remain operational during construction. All data room IT equipment must be protected from demolition/construction procedures, and the data room must be cooled with temporary cooling equipment during demolition/construction.
