Pricing should be held firm throughNovember 30, 2013. Bidding vendors must be able to provideON-SITE support for advanced replacements, if required. Campuseswith Crestron equipment are located in Flint, Howell, Lapeer,Clio and Fenton, Michigan. Expected response time following aservice call is next business day. Vendors supplying Crestronequipment must be a certified Crestron dealer servicing MCC fromthe Crestron Midwest territory. This invitation to bid contains a request for itemized pricingfor specific part numbers, which are more frequently ordered toinstall new digital rooms or to replace existing analog roomequipment, and a request for dealer-plus-percentage pricing forthe remainder of the Crestron catalog of products.
