Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor shall provide HVS with a program manager to meet with the Athletic Directors, annually in July to determine HVS needs. When and wherever possible, the vendor shall maintain a continuity of staff. ; Provide quality and timely customer service to district administrative staff. Provide timely responses to calls/emails from districts and maintain organized paperwork. 3. Ensure that employees are appropriately trained for their assignments. 4. Maintain employee personnel files based on Federal and State guidelines 5. Manage employment payroll related inquiries, adjustments, changes, needed discipline and termination reporting and processing. 6. Process all payroll and payroll tax liabilities and payments. 7. Process employer-liability Unemployment and Worker's Compensation claims .
