1 Furnish and install a complete plumbing work package including but not limited to gas piping, compressed air piping, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water piping, stacks, miscellaneous hangers, fasteners, etc. per plans and specifications. 2 The Sitework Contractor will bring 6" domestic water supply into building and terminate with blind flange. This subcontractor shall install tee with blind flange on one open end and gate valve on other. Continue service from gate valve point including backflow preventer. Blind flange for 21.100 Fire Protection. Include installation of water meter provided by City water department. Refer to detail on Plumbing drawings 3 The Sitework contractor will bring the 6" sanitary services to within 5' of building. Sitework will furnish and install Oil Separator. This scubontractor shall tie into 6" service and oil separator. Include venting for oil separator. 4 Furnish and install all Pipe labeling & identification. 5 Furnish and install all Pipe insulation, as indicated by project documents & as required by applicable code. 6 Unless indicated differently on the drawings or specifications, all branch piping to fixtures and equipment shall have control valves for complete isolation from the system. Each branch piping system shall be individually valved. 7 Furnish and install ALL necessary plumbing fixtures including but not limited to lavatories, slop sinks, toilets, showers, faucets, drinking fountains, eye wash and EM showers, etc. All plumbing fixtures shall be piped and vented in accordance with applicable codes. 8 All barrier free design standards for the handicapped shall be complied with regarding type and mounting of plumbing fixtures, as required by ADA & applicable code requirement. 9 Furnish and install all necessary floor drains. Floor drains shall be secured in place and protected such that installation of concrete will not disturb the installation of the floor drain. Include any concrete fill or patching at adjustable cleanouts or floor drains prior to start of floor finishes 6.0 Trade Specific: 0.0 Special Bidding Requirements: 10 Furnish and install all trench drains. Include excavation as required and removal of spoils. Trench drain to be poured into place by 03.100 Concrete contractor. This contractor to be onsite during pour to ensure proper installation.
