Ensure minimal disruption to existing utilities and structure. Room 2: Full Enclosure Construct two new walls to connect to the two existing walls, to create a fully enclosed room. Install one standard commercial-grade door with standard entry hardware. Provide insulation and soundproofing measures to ensure privacy. Match finishes with courthouse interior design. Removal of existing door and enclose the existing door frame. Provide adequate HVAC and electrical access if needed. General Requirements All work must comply with applicable building codes and ADA accessibility standards. Contractor is responsible for site cleanup and removal of debris. Work to be conducted during regular business hours unless otherwise approved. Final inspection and acceptance by a designated County representative.
