Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Install a new 3” water service line from Plymouth Road south to the existing comfort station in the park, approx. 950’ with required shut offs and meter connections per city code and ordinance. Cap old service as required. Verify measurement on site. B. Remove and replace all five (5) stainless steel sinks with new SS sinks and auto shut off faucets/fixtures with the following specifications: 4" center set, 3-hole, SS ADA compliant, two handle metering faucet. C. Remove and install a new 30-Gallon Electric water heater. Brand should be A.O. Smith or similar. D. Remove and replace approx. 4’x4’ glass block window. E. Remove and install three (3) 36”x80” Hollow metal doors, hardware, and BEST cores to code. F. Replace damaged shingles and vents as needed. G. Clean and repair gutters and downspouts as needed.
