The project surface area entails roof installation for approximately 18,000 SF. The new roofing installation should consist of the Duro-Last® Roofing System. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: • Due to saturation, remove approximately 1,000 SF (verify measurements on site.) of existing roof down to steel decking. • Remove & replace approx. 200 SF of B-type steel decking. • Install fill insulation over tear-off area to bring back to original thickness. • Cut all rooftop blisters, as needed. • Clear the rooftop of all debris and dispose of it appropriately. • Provide and mechanically install EPS insulation board over existing BUR gravel roof throughout. • Provide and install any new support under the conduit lines as required. • Provide and install 50 mil, White, Duro-Last® Roofing System, to cover all roof fields, curbs, parapets, and walls in accordance with the Manufacturer’s specifications.
