The Commissioning Provider (CxP) will plan, manage, perform and report on the commissioning activities, utilizing the reporting formats and standardized forms provided by the CxP whenever required. CxP will submit deliverable report(s) to Kent County according to a project schedule set by CxP and agreed upon by Kent County. It is extremely important that all commissioning tasks be conducted in a transparent manner and involve the building engineer and operations staff to the greatest degree possible. .. Fire Suppression systems including but not limited to: • Stair Pressurization System 3. Plumbing systems including but not limited to: • Domestic Hot Water Systems • Booster Systems • Sump Pump Systems • Whole-Building Energy Monitoring 4. HVAC systems including but not limited to: • Air Distribution Systems • Terminal Units • Chilled Water Systems • Hot Water Heating Systems • Steam Heating Systems • Fire Alarm Interface • Special Ventilation Systems • Ventilation • Snowmelt • Unitary Equipment • Whole-Building Energy Monitoring 5. Building Automation System (BAS) 6. Electrical systems including but not limited to: • Power • Lighting • Whole-Building Energy Monitoring
