The Contractor shall implement policies and procedures and deliver services to eligible offenders in accord with the goals and objectives, standards and policies as set forth in Public Act 511 of 1988, the provisions of the State Appropriations Act, and the Contractor’s Comprehensive Corrections Plan for FY 2025-2026. Cognitive program (such as CBT) and Trauma program (such as Seeking Safety) should include an appropriate curriculum for offenders of moderate to high criminogenic risk as scored by the county on the COMPAS. The curriculum must address treatment responsivity, dosage (at least 12 weekly sessions for cognitive program and 12-24 weekly sessions for trauma program), skill practice (in-class and in community/homework), and feedback/progress assessment.
