Project Overview Location: Garber High School, 213 Pine St Essexville MI, 48732 Scope of Work: o Removal of all glass windows and partitions in designated classrooms. o Proper disposal of all glass and debris in compliance with local regulations. o Installation of drywall in place of the removed glass, including framing and finishing. o Painting of drywall surfaces, including primer and two coats of finish paint. o Any necessary repairs to the structural integrity of walls and frames during installation. o Ensuring that the new drywall complies with fire and building codes. Work Area: The work will take place in the classrooms at Garber High School, with specific rooms identified by the District. A complete list of classrooms will be provided upon request or during the site visit.
