Clark Construction Company is soliciting Proposals for Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Trade Partners for Pre-Construction and Construction services for the following Trades: Masonry, Structural Steel, Mass Timber, Metal Panels, Glazing, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC & Controls, Electrical, Low-Voltage, and FFE. The Terms Integrated Project Delivery Trade Partner (IPDTP) and Trade Contractor (TC) shall be used interchangeably. The selected IPD Trades will help the team select building systems utilizing their expertise, cost modeling, constructability, and schedule awareness of equipment and labor. We will provide a Project Validation at the time of your project onboarding that will outline the project goals, needs and path. This Validation could include several options for some systems to be vetted throughout the Schematic Design (SD) phase, resulting in a complete SD design and aligned project budget.
