1. CADD Software a. CADD and Civil Engineering Software capable of providing comprehensive, multi-discipline 3D modeling platforms to design and deliver roadway and bridge construction projects from conceptual design through construction. Detailed requirement information is included in Appendix A, Requirements Matrix. 2. Road / Civil Construction Project Document Management a. Road / Civil Construction Project document management, project collaboration and workflow software which will allow City users to organize, store, track, back up and collaborate on civil construction project documents. Detailed requirement information is included in Appendix A, Requirements Matrix. The City reserves the right to make this component of the purchase optional. 3. Licensing a. Enterprise license subscription agreement or similar which provides unrestricted access to all offered software to support up to 20 City of Detroit users for the life of the contract and any executed contract term extensions. As detailed below, the City is open to considering various license structures to support their business needs. b. Option for various licenses or license levels depending on usage complexity i.e. full design engineering and modeling capabilities vs. scaled down capabilities c. Price for use of each license/license type to be set for each year of the contract’s base term and for optional contract term extensions d. License must include software updates, upgrades and platform changes throughout the life of the contract. 4. End User Training Program a. Training for up to 20 users 5. Comprehensive Support and Maintenance Plan a. Annual maintenance and support plan b. Option for professional services including but not limited to, data conversion, data migration, onsite technical support, system optimization, system enhancement and ongoing training.
