Chesaning Union Schools is seeking pricing to replace their existing Wireless Local Area Network in their High School building. General Requirements 2.3.1.1. The preferred vendors for this project are Aruba Networks, Ruckus or equivalent. Any tier-one vendor will be seriously considered if the equipment proposed meets the stated requirements. 2.3.1.2. The system should be supported by a three to five-year service contract that provides 24x7 technical support and Next Business Day defective part replacement and access to software updates for the length of the contract. Service contracts should be billed out in accordance to E-rate guidelines. 2.3.1.3. High School is a replacement of the current 50 indoor access points, plus the addition of 17 new indoor access points with network drops. 2.3.1.4. The building floorplan with current AP, AP additions, and MDF/IDF locations will be attached to this RFP.
