Specifications include, but are not limited to: The projects consist of design, supply and installation of replacement HVAC systems in a portion of the County Building to comply with performance specifications that will provide energy efficient mechanical system replacement/additions to a portion of the Cheboygan County Building. Systems will be designed, replaced and/or added to for improved indoor air quality limiting the spread of airborne virus or other environmental hazards. The County identifies the following HVAC system improvements within the buildings are needed: Cheboygan County Building Phase I Replace 9 existing Dual Trane Rooftop units with Trane replacements or equivalent Replace 1 existing Cooling only Trane unit with Trane replacement or equivalent Replace Trane Tracker Building Management Controls with comparable system Wire existing AAON unit to new control system Two of the Dual Trane rooftops will require higher than existing curb adaptors to clear units from snow and ice. All electrical, mechanical and plumbing supplies, labor, permits and equipment to complete project shall be included in bid.
