Replace Roof with metal. Investigate Gymnasium Roof Deck moisture Replace sections of Roof gutter as needed Replace Media Center Rooftop unit. Replace all lighting with LED and controls. Replace emergency lighting in classroom and corridors as needed. Reroute piping in classrooms where pipe is currently subject to freezing conditions.
